Clients Sing High Praise About Trydent’s CEO, Christina Lynch. It’s Quite Remarkable.

Ishna Hagan is a marketing writer and Howard University journalism graduate in Florida. This op-ed is centered on testimonials she examined over three months.

Right now, A.I. is stealing the show. Elon Musk and his Twitter shenanigans steal conversations. And in a recent study of mine, the CEO and owner of Trydent Consulting, Christina Lynch, steals the spotlight.

I was entrusted with listening to seven recorded client interviews about Trydent between February and April. Every business owner, associate, or partner generously bequeaths a glowing testimonial in the exchanges about Trydent, but especially about Lynch. By the fourth interview, it becomes clear that Lynch is highly regarded and special to her clients, many of whom are budding like tulips in their industries.

The admiration and appreciation are flamboyant, like a peacock and flamingo on the side of the road. No matter what, Lynch’s name recurs in its shimmering and shining armor.

Lynch works with a diverse throng of businesses. The seventh interview is with the Florida School of Holistic Living’s Executive Director, Maggie O’Halloran. O’Halloran shares her most meaningful highlights with Lynch: Christina provides two unique offerings that enable the Florida School of Holistic Living to stay competitive and adapt to changing business situations. O’Halloran says Lynch has the rare ability to understand the Florida School of Holistic Living’s reporting needs and the capacity to fully understand the school’s herbalism needs, both of which are essential to the institution's holism mission. O’Halloran says Lynch recognizes precisely how the Florida School of Holistic Living’s sector runs.

Audra Wiggins, who owns a women’s clothing store called Treasures Unlimited Boutique, surges with love and cheer in the fifth interview while reflecting on what Lynch has done for her business. Wiggins says Lynch’s advice, care, and strategies are invaluable. “Christina helped us gain peace of mind about our finances and business. We are organized, in the know, and flourishing. We tell our friends they are authentically in good hands with Christina, and we mean it,” says Wiggins.

The high praise stays consistent. One business proprietor says she sobbed in Lynch’s office after feeling defeated. “I cried. I was my biggest hurdle. Christina helped me jump over myself and pick up the pieces without judgment,” says Tiffany Lewis, owner of Milk Me Treats. Lewis adds that she immensely values Lynch.

This unshakable esteem for Lynch’s authenticity, professionalism, and acumen withstands.

Nevertheless, the truth is that Lynch isn’t doing the work alone. Lynch requires a team of employees, contractors, and freelancers to provide guidance and results. Her team lifts her. The success of Lynch's business hinges on collaboration. Lynch is fueled by her supportive team; without it, she fails.

Lynch knows the immense value of teamwork and the remarkable benefits it brings. In conversations with Lynch, she credits her team, partners, and community for helping her fulfill Trydent’s missions.

Trydent does so much today; Lynch couldn’t do it alone anyhow. The unit approaches tasks with a spirit of togetherness and a commitment to excellence. If we look at anything, from Trydent’s web presence to its diversity, we will see the team’s thumbprint.

A few instances include Dishema Thompson’s print on Trydent’s website or Emily Ruff and Maggie O’Halloran’s influence on Lynch’s herbalism tutelage that gives Lynch a competitive edge when dealing with clients who grow or retail plants. Lynch’s team of advisors recently merged to handle Trydent’s tax planning and preparation affairs, information Lynch shared at the start of the year. Her enterprise's extensive expertise, work ethic, and exceptional service ensure Trydent offers results that deserve the reverence it gets.

Trydent’s management team consists of the Lead Business Consultants, Brian Lynch, Randi Walker, Marten Muller, and Brandon Meeks; the Brand Consultant, Dishema Thompson; Associate Consultants, Klarissa Appiah, Honesty Hollowell and Queenie Balbontin; and Program Management Consultant, Audrey McNair. Lynch says this group’s different perspectives, specialized knowledge, and valuable insights help Trydent identify and solve its problems efficiently.

“Our relationship with Trydent is instrumental. Trydent has assisted in developing our human resources, a meaningful result we thank them for. We hope Trydent continues to take this ride with us as we scale nationally and internationally,” says the part-owner of Micwalis Pro Cleaning Service about Trydent as a whole. He talks about his wishes for Trydent and his team to stick together.

The strong connections Lynch has built through Trydent with clients are moving. Clients consider themselves fortunate to have Trydent helping them. Their heartwarming words say it all. Trydent’s commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile has earned the firm the respect and admiration of collaborators and customers alike. I commend it.
