The Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE) is a Tallahassee based nonprofit organization focused on providing other local nonprofits with educational resources to support their success, advocate against challenges faced by nonprofits in sustainability and capacity building, and provide individuals, businesses, and nonprofits with free unlimited grant research, event tuition, monthly newsletters, and more. Trydent is an educational partner of INIE, leveraging our expertise in strategic management and program management to develop and manage a 9-week strategic planning program for nonprofits focused on fundraising, risk management, storytelling, impact assessment, financial management, and social lean. This partnership reflects our commitment to support those who have a passion for making a lasting positive impact in our community.
