Workshop Description: In this class, we will discuss how to run your business and deliver value to your customers. We will also review how to optimize business processes to ensure that you are not ‘stuck’ in a cycle that prevents growth, development, and the active management of your business. We will review an operating cycle, capacity and inventory management, and legal issues that may affect operations.
